This auction is being conducted by the Morelock Auction Team in Greeneville. Powell Auction Knoxville employees will not be attending the pickup for this auction. If you live in and around Knoxville and you do not want to drive to Greeneville, PLEASE do not bid in this auction!!! Pickup will be in Greeneville and NO ONE from Knoxville will be going to bring your items back for you. You must drive to Greeneville to pick up your items. There is one exception, the firearms. The firearms are located at Powell Auction in Knoxville. Pick up of all firearms in this auction will be at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd, Knoxville, TN 37921 so we can do your background check. If you live in Greeneville and want to bid on the firearms, you will need to drive to Knoxville to pick these up or provide an FFL dealer in Greeneville for them to be shipped to. Shipping of firearms, if needed, will be done by Powell Auction via USPS. We do not sell firearms to CA or HI. We do not sell Ammunition to CA or AK. We do not accept C&R licenses to ship firearms. All firearms must be shipped, if needed, to a licensed FFL dealer near you so the background check can be performed prior to you receiving your firearm. You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a hand gun. We encourage you to have any and all firearms checked by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing them. All firearms are used. Be your own judge as to age, caliber, condition, functionality of the firearm.
