18% buyers premium – 15% buyers premium if paid by cash or approved check on Friday, June 21 between 8:30am – 12pm noon. – No Sales Tax (except for titled vehicles.  These must have sales tax added) – Shipping will be by third party shippers only.  You may contract a shipper yourself or by default, we will pass your items on to UPS Store #2630 on Kingston Pike here in Knoxville for shipping.  Shipping is between buyer and shipper!! – Please schedule a pickup time using the signupgenius posted on this webpage (it will also be on the email that accompanies your invoice when it is sent out after the auction).  All items will sell As Is, Where Is and should be inspected on the preview/open house day and times.  Please satisfy yourself as to age, condition and functionality of any item.  If you purchase firearms, you will have to pick those up at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921 so you can do your background check.  You can do this on Friday, June 21 when you pay.  If you live out of state or out of the area, you will need to tell your local FFL Dealer to email us a copy of their FFL License so we can ship your firearm to your local dealer.  We do not accept C&R Licenses!!  We can not ship firearms to CA or HI.  We can not ship ammunition to CA, HI or AK.  If you live in these states, please do not register to bid on firearms or related items.  You must be 21 years old to purchase a hand gun and 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
