18% buyers premium – 15% if paid by cash or approved check at pickup –  No Sales Tax on Coins, Currency or Bullion.  Powell Auction does not grade coins or currency.  If a grade has been hand written on a 2×2, it is only the opinion of the person that wrote it.  We will only guarantee grades by the major grading services.  Powell Auction reserves the right to require payment by Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer for any amount from any buyer!!  If you have a negative Hibid score for non-payment, please do not register for this auction.  Shipping will be done by Powell Auction on this sale using USPS flat rate shipping.  If you have a negative Hibid score, you need not register for this auction, you will not be approved!!! You are welcome to come and take a look at this sale or specific items, just give us a call and we will be happy to allow you to preview the sale.  If you are out of the area or out of state and have specific questions, feel free to email  dave@powellauction.com and we will see if we can get an answer for you.  You must be registered for the auction no later than 1 hour before the start of the first lot ending.  If you register after the auction has started closing, you may not get approved in time to bid!!
