**Pickup for this auction is in Jacksboro, TN. IF you do not want to drive to Jacksboro to pickup your winnings, then please do not bid!!! **Firearms has been removed from the home** Firearms can be inspected at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921. If you are local and win a firearm in the auction, you will pick the firearm up at Powell Auction so you can do your background check. There are no exceptions to this law. A concealed carry permit does not get you out of doing the background check. Background checks are $10 per every 3 guns you buy. You may pick up firearms from 10am – 4pm EST on Friday, December 1.
Open House will be on Tuesday, November 28 from 2 – 4pm EDT

Personal Property: 18% Buyers Premium – Credit Card ONLY Auction (except for the vehicles)- No Sales Tax (except on titled veicles – Jeep, Harley and Triumph) – Shipping by Third Party Shippers ONLY. Please contact the shippers before the auction to get a pre-auction estimate on shipping!! UPS Store #2630: 865-584-0081 ext. 5 or store2630@theupsstore.com. OR you can use a shipper of your choosing. Just let us know who that will be so when they come to pick up your items, we know to give them to the right shipper. Give us a call with any questions and we will answer them as best we can. Be sure and bring your boxes and wrapping papper for your smalls. Be sure and bring help to load your furniture. You will need to pick firearms up (should you any) at Powell Auction Main Office, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921 so you can do your background check. Of course, if you are out of the area or out of state, we will be happy to ship the firearm to your local FFL dealer so he can do the transfer. Just have your dealer email us a copy of his FFL license.

Pickup/Removal: Monday, December 4 and Tuesday, December 5 from 10am – 4pm EDT from the home located at 334 Gail Lane, Jacksboro, TN 37757. Firearms must be picked up at Powell Auction in Knoxville. Please remember to bring your boxes and paper for wrapping your smalls and bring help to carry and load your furniture.

(Just past Cove Lake State Park), Then turn Right onto Stone Mill Rd., Then Right onto Island Ford Rd., Then turn Left onto Mt. Paran Rd., Then Right onto Mr. Paran Loop and Finally a Left onto Gail Lane. The Home will be on your Right near the end of Gail Lane.
