18% Buyers Premium – 10% Buyers Premium on Real Estate – Real Estate Terms: 10% down after the auction, balance due in 30 days at closing. Real Estate will not be charged to credit card. Your credit card is required to secure the bid, down payment may be made by cash/cashiers check/wire transfer. Real Estate will show as 15% during the auction but will be adjusted to the 10% before the final invoices are sent out. – Credit Card Only on Personal Property – No Sales Tax on this Auction – Shipping will be by 3rd party shippers. If you would like to contract a shipper, please let them know the pickup day and times so they can collect your items and be sure to let us know who is shipping your items so we release your items to the correct people.
