All Items are located at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921. Shipping, if needed, will be done in house by Powell Auction on this sale. Firearms: you will have to pass background check to receive firearms. You must be 18 years old to purchase long guns and 21 years old to purchase hand guns. If you need firearms shipped, you will need to have your local FFL dealer email us a copy of their license and we will ship the firearm to them and they will do your background check. There is a $10 fee for background check per every 3 firearms. Jewlery: We do not guarantee stones except for Diamonds. If we say it is a diamond then it’s a diamond. If we say it is a Ruby, Sapphire, Emeral, etc. then it is a red, blue or green, etc. stone. We are not gemologists and do not guarantee an amethyst to be anything other than a purple stone. If the description does not say 18K, 14K or 10K Gold, then it probably isn’t Gold. If the description says Sterling Silver then the piece is marked 925 or Sterling. If the metal is not identified then it’s probably just base metal. We strongly urge you to attend preview and decide for yourself what the materials are that make up the piece of jewelry that you can not live without. No firearms may be shipped to CA or HI. No ammunition may be shipped to CA, HI or AK. No Negative Hibid Profile Scores will be allowed to bid in this auction!! Payment may be required to be made by Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer for any invoice.
