Loudon County Highway Dept. Surplus Equipment – 42 pieces of used and very used equipment. All trucks do run and drive except for Lot 11. The John Deere Tractor, Lot 18, does have a transmission issue but does run. The skid steer, lot 19, does run. The wheel loader, lot 15, does run but needs brake work. These are all used vehicles and equipment. There are scratches, dents, dings and torn seats. Be sure to attend preview to inspect each item you might have an interest in. You are buying everything as is where is. For you auto auction folks, everything is RED LIGHT!!

Sales Tax will be charged on ALL Titled trucks, all other items will not have sales tax on them!! Payment made be made after the auction on Tuesday afternoon, June 11 until 5pm or on Wednesday, June 12 from 9am – 4pm at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921. NO payments may be made at pickup!!! It is not safe for our employees to have large amounts of cash on them in an open area. Please don’t put our employees at risk by asking to pay on site!!! There will be a backhoe on site to assist with loading. The buyer will be responsible for assisting the backhoe driver with loading and for securing your load prior to leaving the yard!!!

Pickup/Removal: Thursday, June 13 from 10am – 2pm EST from the Loudon County Highway Dept. Maintenance Garage located at 292 Blair Bend Rd., Loudon, TN 37774. You must have a paid receipt in order to pick up your items. No payments may be made on site at pickup. Payment is due after the auction on Tuesday or you may pay on Wednesday. Payment must be made at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921. A backhoe will be on site to assist with loading. Buyer will be responsible to assist the backhoe driver with loading and buyer will be responsible for securing your load prior to leaving the yard.
Directions
From Knoxville: Take I-75 South, Exit 76 Sugar Limb Rd., Turn Left. Sugar Limb will deadend into Highway 11. Turn Right, drive into Loudon, Turn Left onto Blair Bend Rd., Then Left onto Williamson Dr., this will become Blair Bend Rd. again, Loudon County Highway Dept. will be on your left. Once you pull into the lot of the Highway Dept. continue to your left around the building. The equipment being sold will be on your left.
