18% Buyers Premium – This is a credit card only auction except for the car. The car must be paid in cash at our office prior to pickup. – No Sales Tax on this Auction, again, except for the car. Sales Tax must be paid on the car. Any shipping must be by 3rd party shippers. If you would like to contract a shipper, please let them know the pickup day and times so they can collect your items and be sure to let us know who is shipping your items so we release your items to the correct people. If you do not contract a shipper, we will, by default, give your items to the UPS Store on Kingston Pike here in Knoxville for shipping. Please bring your boxes, papers, totes, etc. to pack your smalls. Please bring help to carry and load furniture as we may need more female help at this sale due to previous committments.
