This will be Online Only!!!  This will be a credit card only auction with the exception of the real estate and the titled vehicles, so we can have your paid receipt at pickup on Friday, July 14.  You will need to go by our office at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd. to pay for the Real Estate 10% down and the Titled Vehicles (in full) before coming to pickup.

 Open House will be on Tuesday, July 11 from 2 – 4pm EDT

18% Buyers Premium on Personal Property – 10% Buyers Premium on Real Estate.  Real Estate will show up on the catalog at 15%, this will be adjusted before the invoice is sent out.  This is Credit Card Only Auction except for the Real Estate and Vehicles!!  You can pay these by cash/cashiers check/wire transfer.  Your credit card will be ran on Friday morning before we leave the office so we can bring your paid receipt with us to pick up.  There is no sales tax on this auction – except for titled vehicles, you will pay sales tax on these.  Shipping will be by 3rd party shipper only!!  Please tell your contracted shipper what day and times the pickup is so they can be there to pickup your items and get them shipped to you.  If you choose not to contract a shipper, we will give your items to the UPS Store #2630 for shipping.  Shipping and instructions will be between buyer and shipper.  Be sure and bring all items you will need to pack your items at pickup and bring help to carry your furniture!!
