Real Estate Terms:
Powell Auction will email winning bidder your contract. The successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign the Real Estate Sales Contract, Terms & Conditions and any other documents needed, upon conclusion of the bidding and will make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price. NO BUYER’S PREMIUM WILL BE APPLIED TO THIS AUCTION. US currency cash or approved check. The balance is to be paid in full within 30 days of the auction ending. By bidding you are entering into a binding agreement. Sale is subject to confirmation by the Greene County Chancery Court.

Current taxes, will be prorated as of the date of court confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Seller to provide a Clerk and Master deed and is the responsibility of the Buyer to record said deed. Buyer is to obtain his/her own financing. Closing to occur within 30 days of Greene County Chancery Court approval.

The contract will not be contingent upon financing, inspections or any other contingencies.
