Real Estate: 10% Buyers Premium – Buyers premium will be added to the final bid to determine the contract sales price. 10% Down after the auction, balance due in 30 days at closing. During the auction, the bid will reflect a 15% buyers premium. This will be adjusted to 10% before the final invoice is sent out. The bidding platform only allows for one buyers premium within an auction.

You will need to pick the firearm up (should you win it) at Powell Auction Main Office, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921 so you can do your background check. Of course, if you are out of the area or out of state, we will be happy to ship the firearm to your local FFL dealer so he can do the transfer. Just have your dealer email us a copy of his FFL license.
