Terms of the Sale:

All real property, improvements and personal property are sold “As-Is” with no representation as to quality, condition, maretablility fo title or fiitness for a particular purpose.  A 10% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid for the real estate and each item of personal property.  Personal property must be paid for on the day of sale by cash or approved check.  Buyer will be reponsible for removing personal property from the site.  Buyers of vehicles, motor hore and trailers will recieve a bill of sale from the Roane County Sheriff’s Office.  Buyer of real estate must pay 10% of the purchase price on the date of sale by cash or approved check.  Closing will take place within 30 days.  Buyer will recieve deed from the Clerk of the Roane County Circuit Court subject to a six month right of redemption pursuant to Cour Order entered Sept. 11, 2023 in Roane County Circuit Court Case No. 2022-CV-26.

The contract will not be contingent upon financing, inspections or any other contingencies.
