Lots start closing on Tuesday, December 29 at 12:00pm EST – soft close – A “soft close” is a way to emulate the bidding action you see at a live auction, but in an online format. Whenever a bid takes place on an item in the last 2 minutes before that item is set to close, that clock is reset to 2 minutes. This gives other bidders a chance to get back in the action.

Pickup/Removal:  Wednesday, December 30 from 10:00am – 5:00pm EST – This is a credit card only auction, with exception of the Real Estate and Car.  If you do not want your card charged, please do not bid!!  All paid receipts will be at the house at time of pickup.  Pickup will be at the home located at 7221 W. Chermont Cr. in Halls off of Cunningham Rd.  Just please bring your patience to pickup.  Bring boxes, paper and someone to help you load.  As always, we will help when and where we can but we will be outnumbered by you buyers.  We can not bring items back to our office for you and we can not ship anything from this auction.  If you can’t pick up in person, please do not bid.
