Lots start ending on Thursday, August 9 at 7:00pm EDT – soft close – Items will remain open until all bidding activity has ceased.  If bids are placed in the last few seconds, the bidding will be extended on the lot until no activity is registered until the clock counts down to zero.  Other lots will continue to close as their time runs out.

Pick Up/Removal:  Friday, August 10 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EDT.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, you may do so until 12:00pm (noon) on Friday, August 10.  After noon, all outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid.  If you live out of state or out of the area, your items will be automatically charged to the credit card on file and your items will be packed to ship to you.  You need do nothing more.  If you live within the area and would like your coins mailed to you, you will need to let us know that. We do not automatically ship withing our area.  All items in this auction are to be picked up at our office at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921.
