Auction Time: Wednesday October 18 at 12:00pm (noon). The House (real estate) will sell at 12pm noon and the personal property will immediately follow. All items will be sold live on site. On line bidding will NOT be available for this auction. You must be present to win.
Pickup/Removal: Wednesday October 18 immediately following the auction. All items MUST be removed on this day. We can not run back and forth from Knoxville for you to pick up your items. Please bring a truck, boxes, packing paper, extra help or whatever you will need to successfully remove your items once the sale is over. We will be available to assist once the auction has ended. We will remain on site until 4:00pm for you to get your items.
