Preview/Inspection:  Friday, January 19 from 9am – 5pm EST – **Due to the lack of parking at the home, we will have to preview the sale by appointment only!!  Please call Twylia at 865-938-3403 to schedule your appointment on Friday the 19th.  We can only preview on this day so please plan accordingly!!**

Lots start closing on Saturday, January 20 at 10:00am EST – **This is an soft close auction!!  The bidding does not end until all bidding has ceased on each item.  It is possible for lot #5 to not close until lot number #200 has closed.  As long as people continue to bid, the time will extend on that item until bidding has ceased.  Please keep this in mind!!**

Payment: Monday January 22nd, At our office, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Road Knox, TN 37921, Monday 22nd BY 12 noon, if you want to pay cash or check. After 12 noon your charge card will be processed for payment.

Pick up/Removal:  Tuesday, January 23 from 9am – 5pm EST – **Pick up has to happen on this day!!  This home is over an hour away from our office.  Once we leave at 5pm, we will not be going back.  Please plan now to pick up on this date or have someone pick up for you.  If you can not pick up on this day, then please don’t bid.**  Pick up will be by appointment only due to the constraints of parking.  Call Twylia at 865-938-3403 to schedule your time!!
