Open House/Preview/Inspection:  Wednesday, June 26 from 1pm – 4pm

Lots start ending on Thursday, June 27 at 7:00pm – soft close – lots will close in order of catalog listing.  Items may be extended as people continue to bid on items.  Once an items count down clock hits zero and reads “closing”, no further bids may be placed on that item.  Once an item has had no bidding activity on it for the final 2 minutes, that item will close.  Others may continue to close while bidding continues on other items.  Don’t loose sight of the items you are interested in!!  Placing your maximum bid will prevent you loosing items you really, really wanted.

Pick up/Removal:  Friday, June 28 from 2:00pm – 5:00pm.  You may pay by cash or check at our office at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd. from 8:30am – 12:00pm.  At 12pm noon, all outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file.  This will have to be done timely so the invoices are ready in time for pick up.  All items will have to be picked up at the home at 3235 Selma Ave. – No items will be brought back to Powell Auction.  Shipping is not being offered for this auction, local pick up only!!

Please make sure you register ahead of time.  Please do not try to register at 7:00pm and want to bid on the house.  You must give the system time.  You should be registered no later than 1 hour prior to the auction start.  There is no registration fee, so if you don’t bid, there is no harm no foul.
