The Real Estate will sell Live and Online starting at 10:30am EDT on Saturday, June 11 on Site at the Property!! The Real Estate will be offered in groupings after the individual tracts are offered. It will only be offered in groupings to the Live crowd. Once individual tracts are offered, we will "hold the bid", If someone on site re-groups and wins the bid, it will sell as a group and not as individual tracts. 18% Buyers Premium - This will be a Credit Card only auction, except for the tractor and the Scag Mower. The Tractor and Scag Mower can be paid for by cash or cashiers check at pickup, we will not charge these high ticket items to credit cards. With the exception of these two items, everything else will be charged to your credit card after the auction and your paid receipt will be waiting for you at pickup. There is NO Sales Tax on this auction!!! Shipping will be handled by the UPS Store on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Store #2630. If you do not want your credit card charged, please do not bid!! Declined cards will incur a $30 fee so please be sure your cards are up to date and current before you register. If you use a pre-paid card, be sure you have the funds on them to cover your purchases!!
Open House/Preview/Inspection: Thursday, June 9 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm EDT at the home, located at 167 County Road 479, Englewood, TN. If you can not make preview and have a question about something, please call us while we are on site!! We will be happy to answer your questions as best we can. Please do not call or email an hour before the auction with questions about an item, we will be no where near the item and can only guess at an answer at that point.
Lots will start ending on Saturday, June 11 at 7:00pm EDT - soft close - soft close means that if someone bids on an item within 2 minutes of that item closing, the bidding will extend 2 minutes to allow others a chance to bid again. Paid invoices will be emailed out on Sunday.
Pickup/Removal: Monday, June 13 from 10:00am - 4:00pm - All items are located at the home located at 167 County Road 479, Englewood, TN. This is the ONLY day designated for pickup from this auction. This is about an hour and a half away from us. Once we leave on Monday afternoon, we can NOT go back. If you can not make this pickup day and times, please just skip this auction and wait for another. Bring paper and boxes for your smalls, bring help to load larger items. If you buy the carport, please come prepared to disassemble it to move it.
Directions from Knoxville: Take I-75 South, Exit at Exit 60 Sweetwater Exit, Turn Left onto Highway 68, Continue through Sweetwater staying on Highway 68, Turn Right onto Highway 411 at Madisonville, Continue straight to Englewood, Turn Left beside the Dollar Tree in Englewood onto Tellico St., Then Turn Right onto County Road 479, Once you pass the Cemetary on your Left, at the foot of the hill, the drive will be on your left. It is a blacktop drive going up the hill to the home. There is a Green Trash Recepticle inside a small wire fence enclosure by the street with Superior printed on it.
