THIS IS AN ESTATE AUCTION SO THERE IS NO SALES TAX.  THIS IS ON THE AUCTION ITEMS ONLY!!! ANYTHING YOU SEE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY WITHIN THE MALL, DOES NOT FALL UNDER THE NO SALES TAX RULE FOR THE AUCTION!!!

Preview/Inspection:  Friday, January 11 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm EST – Preview is at Dutch Valley Antique Mall – 2401 Dutch Valley Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918

Lots start ending at 7:00pm EST – soft close – lots will remain open as long as bidding continues.  Times will extend if bid on within 2 minutes of closing.

Pick up/Removal:  Tuesday, January 15 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm EST – All items will be picked up at Dutch Valley Antique Mall – 2401 Dutch Valley Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918 – Please be sure and bring all your packing material and boxes.  Please bring help to load your furniture.  This is a working business, so we do ask that when picking up that you be mindful of others belongings.  If you see something you would like to purchase, I’m sure they will be happy to help you.  Nothing is located at Powell Auction Offices.
