Preview/Inspection:  Friday, April 5 from 9am-5pm EDT.  You will need to call Twylia at 865-938-3403 ahead of time to schedule an appointment for preview on the designated day.  Parking is an issue at this home.

Lots start closing on Sunday, April 7 at 7:00pm EDT – soft close – Each lot has it’s very own count down clock.  Lot number 1 will reach zero at 7pm and will close, 10 seconds later lot number 2 will hit zero and close, and so on and so on until the last lot closes.  IF someone bids within 2 minutes of an items clock hitting zero, that item will be extended an additional 2 minutes until all bidding activity has ceased on that item.  Other lots will continue to close independantly.  So, keep an eye on your items to ensure they don’t close while you are watching someone battle it out through bids on another item!!

Pick up/Removal:  Tuesday, April 9 from 9am – 5pm EDT OR Wednesday, April 10 from 9am – 5pm EDT.  We do ask that you call Twylia at our office at 865-938-3403 to schedule a pick up appointment.  Parking is an issue.  You will need to bring any boxes and paper to pack your items and bring someone with you to help carry your furniture.  We will help when and where possible but there is a lot to move out.  All items will have to be picked up from the home, located at 730 Cherokee Blvd.  Nothing will be shipped and nothing will be hauled back to Powell Auction from this home.
