Lots will start ending on Tuesday, June 22 at 7:00pm EDT – soft close – A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. … The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.

Pickup/Removal:  Wednesday, June 23 from 10am – 4pm EDT – pickup will be at the home located at 1404 Hannah Ave., Knoxville, TN 37921 – Take Western Ave.  Turn onto Deaderick Ave., then turn onto Hannah Ave.  Home will be on your right.  THIS IS A CREDIT CARD ONLY AUCTION!!  YOUR PAID RECEIPT WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU AT PICK UP.  NO SHIPPING!!

 

REAL ESTATE TERMS: The successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign the Real Estate Sales Contract, Terms & Conditions and any other documents needed, immediately upon conclusion of the bidding and will make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price. A ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to establish the total sales price. US currency cash or approved check.
The balance is to be paid in full at the deed closing within 30 days.
