Preview/Inspection:  By Appointment Only!!  Just give us at least a couple hours notice and you may come and look at your hearts content – Monday thru Friday from 9am – 4:30pm EDT  If you are unable to come and preview but have questions about particular lot numbers, by all means, give us a call or email us and we will send additional photos, answer questions, help any way we are able!!!

Lots will start closing on Sunday, April 5 at 7:00pm EDT – soft close – A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. … The lot will not close until bidding is static for one minute.

Pickup/Removal:  Monday, April 6 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EDT – If you would like to pay by cash or check, you may do so before 12:00pm noon on Monday.  After noon, ALL outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid.  ANY purchase of $1000 of more, you MAY be asked to remit payment in the form of wire transfer or over night cashier’s check.  If you are a buyer in good standing with Powell Auction, this request may be waved by management.  If you are a new customer to Powell Auction, please anticipate this request when bidding!!  ALL declined credit cards WILL incur a $30 processing fee!!  Please make certain your expiration dates are up to date with Hibid.  If you use a pay as you go card, you will need to ensure there is enough money on the card for what you bid on.  Out of state and out of area cards are ran first thing Monday morning in order to expedite the shipping process.
