Preview/Inspection:  By Appointment!!  We have the coins ready and available for preview!!  Just give us a call and a little bit of notice and we are happy to let you look to your hearts content!!  If you are out of state or out of the area, give us a call with specific questions and we will answer the best we can!!

Lots will start closing at 7:00 pm EST on Tuesday, March 17th – soft close – A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. … The lot will not close until bidding is static for one minute.

Pick up/Removal:  Wednesday, March 18 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST – If you are out of the area or out of state, we will charge your card on file and ship your coins for you.  You need do nothing more.  If you are local and would like to pay by cash or check, you may do so until 12pm noon on Wednesday the March 18th.  After noon, all outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file.  There is TN state sales tax added to in state purchases.

Please have respect and not call and ask to come in after lunch to pay, we are trying to be fair to our consignors as well and get them paid quickly as we can.

We still only have a 10% buyers premium!!!  Most of our competetion is charging 15% or even more!!  Check it out!!!!  We are the best buy around!!!

Soft Closing :The Auctioneer’s online auctions are designed to mimic traditional “live” auctions. For this reason, this auction will have a staggered, dynamic closing. Lots will have a Staggered Closing: Each lot will be auctions will be close online only with internet bidding after clock counts down and no bids are placed for one minute.Soft close will allow extended bidding until no bids are placed for one minute.If a bid in placed in last two minutes additional minute will be added to ensure everyone has time to place their bid. 10% Buyers Premium is added to all bids to establish total purchase price.
