Selling at auction, an agreed upon judgment lien by Ricky L. Bright, entered on June 23, 2009 in Knox County Circuit Court, Case # 3-199-08 (Exhibit A)

Approximate amount owed to lien holder is $605,000.00

Shoffner Mechanical Industrial & Service Co is in first position as to collect this judgment and has been paid down to approx. $26,119.42 as of July 11, 2017

After the lien to Shoffner is paid in full, payment will begin to be paid toward the debt owed to Greeley and Associates, payable to the current owner of the Judgment Lien. Full details of the judgement lien are attached in the important information section on this webpage.
