Preview will be on site Friday October 18th from 1:00 – 4:00 ONLY AT 736 BLOCKHOUSE VALLEY ROAD, CLINTON, TN  37716  – Lots start closing at 7:00pm EDT on SUNDAY , October 20th – soft close – Lots will remain open as long as bidding continues on the lot.  Once a bid is placed withing the last 2 minutes before a lot closes, the bidding on that lot will be extended an additional 2 minutes. Please make your arrangements for pickup.  Pick up will Be Tuesday October 22 9-4pm AT 736 BLOCKHOUSE VALLEY ROAD, CLINTON, TN  37716  If you don’t think you can make pick up during those times on that day, ask a friend, a neighbor, a kinsman, an Uber driver or someone to pick up for you.  Once pick up is over on this day, we WILL NOT be going back to the location.  We will not be hauling anything back to Powell Auction!!

 Payment: Cash Payment will be accepted at the office of Powell Auction & Realty 6729 Pleasant Ridge Road Knoxville Tennessee 37921 until 12 Noon on October 21 after that we will charge credit card on file. A 30.00 fee if you credit card is declined. 10% buyers premium on cash sales 13% on credit cards, all sales are final, all sales AS IS. Tax will apply to automobiles.  You will receive a email and copy of your invoice on the morning of October 21.

Pick up will Be Tuesday October 22nd     9-4pm

 IF YOU BUY A LARGE SHOP ITEM YOU WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE FOR MOVING IT.
