Payment /Pick up/Removal:  Tuesday July 7 th from 8:30am – 5:00pm EDT.  If you would like to pay by cash, you may do so until 12:00 pm noon on the 6th.  If you would like to pay by check, you must either be a long time customer or present a bank letter of guarantee with the check.  The cash and check courtesy is only extended to our local customers that can be here by 12 pm noon.  Out of state, out of the area customers, your credit card will be charged for your bids.  Please ensure that all credit card information is up to date and their is sufficient funds on the card to cover your purchase.$30.00 fee for any denied credit cards with out exceptions. All items should be removed ? Picked up  by Friday May 22. If you need shipping or help moving contact our office and we will try to help schedule . 10% buyers Premium all to all bids to establish total purchase price. additional 3% for credit cards payments, .All items are sold AS IS. Please attend inspection period and preview items before bidding failure to inspect is not a reason to void sale.
